Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, LamanShop will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and provide return instructions.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

LamanShop does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Approved refunds are processed by LamanShop within 5 business days.
