Check the dispatch confirmation email sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Enter it above
Copy your tracking number into the tracking box and select “Track order”.
View delivery updates
You will be directed to the carrier’s live tracking page to view the latest available shipment milestone.
Understanding your delivery status
Tracking wording may differ slightly depending on whether your shipment travels by freight or parcel carrier.
Your order has been prepared and is waiting to be collected by the delivery carrier.
Your freight or parcel is moving through the carrier’s regional logistics network.
Your order is with the local delivery driver and will arrive today.
The carrier has safely delivered your shipment at the specified delivery address.
Cannot find your order?
Tracking information may take several hours to appear after dispatch. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the initial waypoint.
Check that the tracking number was entered without extra spaces.
Confirm that you are using the carrier tracking number rather than your LamanShop order number.
Allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for the carrier milestone to refresh.
